KG’s Café

Located in the heart of Kiama on Terralong Street, this South African café is open for breakfast and lunch. They proudly serve up a variety of vegan dishes, marked on the menu, taste the authentic flavours of Cape Town. Open 7 days, from 6am, dinner Fri and Sat.

Flour Water Salt

As the name suggests this great little bakery uses simple ingredients to craft delectable bread and pastries. All their sourdough is vegan, the fruit loaf is a must and wow, the revolving flavours of spelt muffins are perfect for a morning boost. Vegan pies, readymade meals and sausage rolls also available. The café’s welcoming atmosphere and commitment to using high-quality ingredients make it a must-visit for vegans and non-vegans alike. Open from 8am Tues – Sat.

Moist ‘N’ Glazed

When your sweet tooth beckons, head to Moist n Glazed on Bong Bong Street. This donut haven is renowned for its delectable vegan donuts made with almond milk. With a rotating menu of creative flavours, like pineapple glaze, oreo, and Biscoff, there’s a vegan donut to satisfy every craving. These moist, fluffy, and indulgent treats are perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up or to satisfy your late-night dessert cravings. Perfect Break Café, Gerringong

Funky vegetarian café adjoining surf shop with organic coffee, fresh juices and vegan treats. ‘Must- tries are the nachos or burrito. Perfect Break Cafe’s commitment to the vegetarian lifestyle extends beyond its menu. The cafe actively engages with the Gerringong community by hosting events that promote sustainability, veganism, and overall wellness.

Diggies Kiama

Diggies, perched on Kiama’s iconic Blowhole Point, is a café that prides itself on its commitment to sustainability and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. While it’s known for its seafood dishes, Diggies has also embraced the growing demand for vegan options. The Quarry Cafe

This hidden gem of a cafe is located within Burnett’s On Barney plant nursery. Within the beautiful surroundings of the bluestone quarry and leafy courtyard, enjoy a cuppa with a seasonal and homecooked menu, offering vegan menu options.

Wildginger Kiama

Priding themselves on exceptional flavours, presented in a fine dining experience (well as close to fine dining as you can get in beachside Kiama). Presenting modern southeast-Asian cuisine, a complete vegan banquet menu is available for plant-based visitors that will have the carnivores envious.

It would be remis of us not to mention Wednesday’s Kiama Farmers’ Markets. A great spot to collect some of the freshest local fresh produce, while soaking up the atmosphere with live music overlooking Kiama’s Surf Beach. Trading from 3pm – 6pm in daylight saving hours.
