The evening begins with a selection of traditional starters, including creamy haydari, carrot tarator, shakshuka, hummus, and atom — each crafted with bold, comforting flavours. For the main course, guests can choose between Chicken Topkapi, a beautifully oven-baked roulade filled with aromatic rice, currants, and pine nuts, or Karniyarik, a classic stuffed eggplant with spiced minced beef, served alongside rice and yoghurt. To finish, dessert options include the beloved baklava or firin sultan, a delicately baked Turkish rice pudding with a caramelised top.
