Walk for Heart Week

The Kiama Heart Foundation Walking Group is organising an event about the importance of physical activity for older people’s health.

Join the Heart Foundation Kiama Walking group in celebrating this Heart Week by learning about why physical activity is important as we age. We’ll start with a welcome from Joan Hughes, followed by a presentation by Anne Tiedemann and a Q&A session.

You are welcome to join an optional walk to Blowhole Point afterwards, with the event finishing by 1pm.
