We care

It has never been more apparent that health and well-being is far more encompassing than just the physical. The Kiama area is the perfect place to relax and unwind, taking care of both our bodies and our minds.

Our community has founded a number of mental health initiatives, encouraging both locals and visitors alike to take a minute to check in with their mental health, and that of those around them.

Our community has a strong focus and passion for advocating mental health.
Groups like The Man Walk, Makuta, Gezza Cares, SENTRAL Youth Services etc.

When we called out for advertisements, Lincoln Piper (Kiama Country Gold) requested a full-page ad, to advertise the two mental health groups he and his wife created. See logos below. We can’t accept an ad that says bullshit for obvious reasons but rather I thought we have a page on our website (can be hidden) that lists the various mental health movements and groups that we can link to via QR code in the Visitor Guide on this spread.
