Booking Conditions:
This offer is valid for stays between 1 May and 31 August 2025. Guests booking more than 30 days before arrival must pay a 50% deposit to confirm their booking. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. Final payment must be received at least 30 days before check-in. Failure to make payment by this date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any funds paid. A refundable security bond is also required with final payment. This bond will be held until a post-check-out inspection is completed and any necessary deductions for damages or losses have been processed.
Cancellations and Amendments:
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in the full tariff being forfeited. All cancellations must be provided in writing. If the property can be rebooked for any of the cancelled nights, a refund for those nights will be issued.
