Summer Villa offers a peaceful coastal escape in the heart of Kiama.  Perfect for a relaxing getaway, a stop along your South Coast road trip, or a work-from-home stay by the sea.

Built in 2018, this modern freestanding villa is tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. With two bedrooms (one Queen and one Double) and a stylish bathroom, it comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with Google TV and streaming access, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

Guests can enjoy off-street parking, with the train station, surf beach, shops, pubs, and cafés all just a short walk away. Please note, the villa is situated on one of Kiama’s scenic hills, offering lovely views but a gentle climb on the way back from town.
