Dunoon Farmhouse is set on one of the oldest (and first) land holdings in Gerringong.

Nestled in the foothills just beyond the ‘Kiama bends’, you wouldn’t even know this historic homestead is there. Unseen from the road and with uninterrupted views across lush dairy farms down to the sea, you will feel like you are in a world of your own.

Lovingly crafted using as much of the original materials as possible, this boutique historic homestead offers a respectful nod to its historic past and a salute to the new.

You will find the locally quarried stone, over a hundred years old, contently standing tall next to new glass, tile and timber. Stand at the kitchen window and take your time pondering over what the previous occupants must have seen from that very same window, over a century ago.
