Christ Church Kiama had its origins on a site on the south east corner of Bong Bong and Manning Streets. In 1843 construction commenced and the first church was completed in the same year. It was designed to hold 125 people.
Today, Kiama Anglican Churches are a family consisting of people from all stages and ages of life who personally know God’s kindness and forgiveness through a relationship with his Son, Jesus. As a church family, they seek to grow in love for Jesus and for each other, and to share his message and love with the community. So whether you’ve been following Jesus for a long time, a short time or are just interested to know more, you are warmly invited to Kiama Anglican Church.
Kiama Anglican Churches main meeting place is at 2 Terralong Street, Kiama with service times here at 8am, 10am and 6pm on Sundays. The second location is at 17 Railway Ave, Minnamurra and the service time is at 8:30am.
