In addition to Museum’s daily exhibits, Tarmac Days highlight specific events or era in aviation. Tarmac Days are held on the second Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each month. Different aircraft will be showcased each month.
It’s also an opportunity to check out the progress being made by The museum’s volunteers to restore a replica of Kingsford-Smith’s Southern Cross along with many other aircraft that make up the Museum’s amazing collection.
You can also walk on board our world record holding Qantas 747-400, the only one in Australia.
As always, Cafe Connie will be serving a wide selection of light meals, hot and cold drinks and ice creams at very reasonable prices.
