Kiama hospitality veterans Wendy Qu and Tom Yu are brewing up something new, opening U-Tea, after years of running the much-loved Kiama Dumpling Shop.

Inspired by a holiday discovery in China, the pair have brought a fresh flavour to town, serving up milk teas, refreshing fruit drinks and a tempting range of toppings.
