HAUS is a boutique property specialist working across the NSW South Coast and Southern Highlands.

Founder Vida Carden-Coyne is a creative at heart, with a background in the arts and arts management — including ten years with the Historic Houses Trust of NSW at Government House Sydney, under the curatorship of Ann Toy. That grounding in historic houses shapes everything HAUS does: an eye for setting and character, and a curator’s discipline in how a home is presented and cared for.

HAUS collaborates with owners to counsel, create, and care for great homes. Some operate as holiday businesses — coastal houses in Kiama, rural retreats in the Jamberoo Valley and Highlands — sourced, styled, and run to an uncompromising standard. Others are private estates requiring specialised care: property oversight, household management, and the right people in the right roles.
