Talent and tradition on display...
Gather people together in a place as inspirational as Kiama, and the results are always going to be worth seeing.
For such a geographically small region, our rich and diverse arts scene punches well above its weight – due in no small part to the sheer numbers of talented artists who have taken up residence in this part of the world. This bubbles to the surface in many ways throughout the year – via street art, live music, weekly and monthly gallery exhibitions and a handful of popular annual festivals that continue to grow every year.
Underpinning this is a stunning heritage of Indigenous art and culture – brought to life at various discovery points across the region.

Hi I'm Phil and I LOVE my Business. I ventured into photography to be creative, professional and have lots of FUN along the way. Cliche I know, but I get excited when capturing a moment in time and having that image hanging in someone's home or special album. I LOVE working and interacting with people and having the opportunity to capture moments along the way. It's an honour to share these moments in their lives, that's priceless. I do this by capturing natural expressions and candid behaviours that we all exhibit everyday. When I TAKE photos I am in my element! I am motivated and excited! When you book me, I'll ensure your day (whether it be a wedding or personal shoot) will be captured professionally through stunning images that last beyond a lifetime. I'm so passionate about the way I conduct myself on a shoot, that I guarantee I'm there for you and that you're my only priority. I give 110% to every client during their photographic session, ensuring I meet their every needs, and I'll do the same for you.Learn More
“Pottery at Old Toolijooa School” is an award-winning cottage-industry workshop. It’s on the site of the original school set up by Alexander Berry in 1871 for tenant farmers’ children. We make most kinds of pottery... mugs, plates, teapots, bowls, owls and pussycats, wombats, dragons, little stoneware animals. Visitors are always welcome. Depending on the day, you may see pots being made, or fired, or glazed. Or just browse about in the display room, and enjoy the wide variety of finished items, for sale at what potters call “kiln-door” prices. Open when? All day, most days, since we live and work on the premises. And where? Right beside the highway, about 13 km south of Kiama. It’s a pleasant drive down here, but of course we do go out sometimes, so feel free to phone if you want to be sure.Learn More

Terrace Collectables is located in the original Kiama Terrace Houses in Collins Street, Kiama. These buildings were originally constructed in 1885 to serve as residences for the quarry workers and their families. In the 1970’s they were restored, and turned into small boutique shops. The buildings are heritage listed, and are fronted by Jacaranda trees that provide a vivid purple colour over the summer months when they are in flower. A striking entry to Kiama. Terrace Collectables is the first terrace on the left as visitors enter from the north (Sydney). It has been operating for over 20 years with the same owners, as a successful retail outlet for small collectables and antiques. Vinyl records, antique books, militaria, stamps, comics, ceramics, vintage pottery, clocks, sport memorabilia, coins, ephemera, silver ware, etc., can all be found there. The shop is open 7 days a week, usually between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Graeme provides valuations for probate, estate, and insurance purposes. He also offers celebrant and document certification services within the Kiama area.Learn More
