Membership Form

This form is to apply for Membership for Kiama Tourism for the 2016/2017 financial year. All membership applications are subject to approval by the Kiama Tourism Board and benefits are not available until Board approval has been confirmed.

All fields are required to be completed. The following fields marked with an * are for publishing on our website and in the Kiama Visitors Guide.



Please note that Accommodation providers and 'Out Of Area' operators are required to have a membership level of Silver or higher.

Please make sure you write your business name on the reverse if it is not already on the cheque.

Once your membership has been received and approved by the Kiama Tourism Board you will receive a Tax Invoice emailed to you with details on how to make payment via Direct Deposit.

Please quote your invoice number as your reference.
