Music in the Park is a free, family friendly, community monthly event, funded by Kiama Council and organised by Kiama Jazz and Blues Club. Held in Hindmarsh Park, Kiama on the first Sunday of the month between May and Nov (inclusive) between 1.00pm and 4.00pm, Music in the Park is an afternoon of music fun in the sun. Bring a picnic, bring the kids, bring a friend and see a line up of Kiama based musicians sharing their talents within their our local community. The Romans Hot Rod Association will be running the 7th annual Kiama Hot Rod Run on the weekend of 6-8 September 2019. The highlight Show and Shine event will be at Black Beach Park, Kiama on Sunday morning 8 September from 9am. Come and check out the hot rods, custom and classic cars. Donations are invited and encouraged collected by the Kiama Lions Club with monies raised going to local Kiama charities. Around midday, the Foot-Loose Rockers will provide a rock and roll demonstration and at approx 1pm the presentations will commence. There will be traders including related clothing and accessory stalls, and others on the day. An entertainer will be playing popular rock and roll and hot rod music at the park to entertain! Back again for 2019 there will also be a Craft Market along the beach front, and around Black Beach, with lots of market stalls, including face painting and a jumping castle for kids. The Lions Club will again be providing food throughout the morning, and a coffee van will be on the grounds. St John Ambulance will be available for any mishaps during the show, and providing sunscreen lotion.Learn More

Folk by the Sea is an intimate folk festival style event featuring the sounds of folk, world, roots, Celtic, bluegrass and gypsy music over 3 days in the picturesque seaside town of Kiama, famous for its blowhole.
